We ask that you include the details you would like to see shown, and the MP&F team will draft text and have our proofreader review. In order to do this, we need to know all applicable information before we start. Having all the info on the front end helps our designer determine what layout will work the best. Before placing an order, please gather the date, time, RSVP info, phone number, an idea of the image you’d like to see and any other details you want included.

We will do our best to resize previous ads for you. We must have the original design file (not a jpeg or PDF) to work with. If you don’t have the original file, then our standard design rates will apply, as we will have to recreate the ad. Depending on the existing and desired file sizes, we will provide you with a quote.

Yes! Just order that community’s material and note which parts will need to be edited for your community, and we’ll have it created for you!

If you are submitting a request to edit a template, we will send you a first draft for review within 4 business days after finalizing your information. Custom orders can take up to a week or more depending on the request. Please let us know if you need to rush your order.

Yes! The editing process is what makes projects great and ensures all info is correct. All projects come with two rounds of edits. After the second round, there will be a $100 fee per round. It is very helpful if the person who requested the project could gather all the necessary edits from the community leadership, RDSM, owners, etc. before coming back to us. This will help us take care of all the edits in one round, giving you a second round to make final tweaks and finalize.

If you approve a project and request the final file or ask us to go to print, we will then purchase any stock images and create a high-resolution file. We also add all final projects to the community’s page on the marketplace, which also makes it a template for others to use. If we are asked to make edits after a file is finalized, there will be a $100 change fee.

It is very important that the person reviewing each design reads every detail to ensure the license number, date, time, address and phone numbers are correct. MP&F does not manage the tracking phone numbers, so we rely on you to provide the desired numbers.

Our preferred print vendor offers ISL a 20% discount on all printing and provides free ground shipping. Because of this, there are not price breaks. You pay the same amount per piece no matter how many you print. We are also happy to provide a quote.

You are more than welcome to use a local printer, but you will usually need a print-ready file to ensure it prints correctly. We are happy to provide that file for you.
