We will do our best to resize previous ads for you. We must have the original design file (not a jpeg or PDF) to work with. If you don’t have the original file, then our standard design rates will apply. Depending on the existing and desired file sizes, we will provide you with a quote.
Yes! Email islgraphics@mpf.com with a link to the material and we will recreate it for you.
The cost of your project(s) will be added to your next month’s invoice from MP&F Strategic Communications.
If you are submitting a request to edit a template, we will send you a first draft for review within 72 business hours after finalizing your information. Custom orders can take up to a week or more depending on the request. Please let us know if you need to rush your order.
Yes! We are happy to accept rush orders, but it will depend on our designers’ capacity at the time of your request. We will do our best, but can’t guarantee we can always accept rush orders. Please note that all rush orders incur a $50 rush fee.
